The 10 Ton Per Day (TPD) Cotton Seed Processing Unit is a modern, semi-automatic plant designed for the efficient cleaning, decortication, separation, and processing of raw cotton seeds. The unit ensures maximum recovery of high-quality cottonseed oil, hulls, lint, and cake, with minimal wastage and energy consumption.

Process Overview

Raw cotton seeds are fed into the cleaning section to remove dust, lint, and impurities. The cleaned seeds are then conveyed to the decorticator, where hulls are separated from kernels. Hulls are collected for use as cattle feed or fuel, while the kernels proceed to the crushing or oil extraction section. After oil extraction, the resulting cottonseed cake is cooled, graded, and packed for sale.
